2. Who can be a member of this site?
Members are primarily "Capasenio" with roots in Capas Tarlac, Philippines, including their loved ones, friends and relatives who may not be from Tarlac. However, we welcome any well-meaning individual who take special interest in the province and its people.

3. What is this website's main objective?
Our main objective is to provide Capasenios around the world a venue where they can establish, affirm, strengthen and/or renew connections with each other.

4. Currently, we need volunteers with skills in the following:
a. HTML, PHP, and Java Script programming
b. Network administration (SSL, server and SQL)
c. News coordination (should be based in the following areas: Europe,
North America, Middle East, Asia, Australia)

Note: Being a volunteer...you will be able to learn and enhance your technical experiences.
